To celebrate the tenth anniversary of the DAC Pack and 2012 being the year of the Drexel Dragon, we have decided to start off the season with a bang (pun intended). For years we have petitioned Drexel to help us fund a concert to introduce our teams for the first time, and we have finally come up with the funds to do so. The men are the first non Virgnia based team besides UNCW to be picked to finish first in the CAA. With all of the hype behind this years team, we want to give them a proper start to the season. This year we will have former Drexel students Chiddy Bang on hand to help us introduce the guys and the girls. This event is going to be huge and we are expecting a 2000+ person turn out. Doors open at 8pm, with the events starting around 9. A few vendors like Neurodrink will be on hand giving out free samples while The Jane Doze will be on hand to keep the evening moving. The first 500 people through the door will receive a free Midnight Madness special edition t-shirt! If you are an alumni and want to attend, you can do so for free. A spin off of the DAC Pack, the Blue and Gold Club, was formed this year as a way for former Drexel spirit members to come back and enjoy all the fun of Drexel basketball from their hey day.
